AI2L turns account research into a same-day, fact-checked dossier with Claude Code and Claude Cowork

Ten client research packs built in four weeks by an agent pipeline on Claude, with a red team grading every claim before a room is committed.

Use case
Agent-orchestrated account research and lead generation: a client data room is assembled by an agent pipeline in a single run that an account owner launches, and rebuilt by rerunning the pipeline as the account moves.
Built with
Claude Code and Claude Cowork, for the build and for the orchestrated multi-agent runs: parallel subagents driven by workflow scripts.
Four to five days of account research became about four hours

on the team's own estimate for the manual baseline

Ten accounts assessed in four weeks

each build finishing the same working day it started

01

The problem

Account context kept getting lost between people. What one person learned on a call did not reach the person who wrote the follow-up, and when someone left a deal, their picture of the account left with them. For some target companies there was no usable public picture at all: no web presence worth reading, nothing in the registries, nothing to brief from.

One risk made it worse. Research assembled quickly is research that can carry an invented fact, and an invented fact lands in an email sent under a person's own name.

02

How the engagement ran

Altoros built and ran an agent-orchestrated pipeline on Claude that assembles the pack in a single automated run: an account owner launches it and collects the finished room later, instead of being tied up for the whole research. Automatic creation at lead qualification is on the roadmap, not shipped. Altoros put an adversarial verification pass inside every build: nothing is committed to a room until a red team has graded its claims against primary sources and a remediation pass has applied the findings.

03

What changed

With Claude, AI2L:

A

How every claim is checked

  • Puts every claim through an adversarial verification pass before a room is committed: 435 claims on the first production run, 418 of them graded, 357 confirmed, none fabricated, and the remaining 17 booked as owed verification
  • Has had 7,622 claims graded by a red team across eleven build runs, with 29 fabricated ones caught and all removed before commit
B

How the room is built

  • Runs 29 agents in parallel on a single build
  • Starts a room when an account owner launches the run, and collects the finished pack later instead of being tied up for the whole research
  • Rebuilds a room by rerunning the pipeline when the account moves, rather than on a schedule
  • Gets the same shape of room whatever the account: 17 research documents and an index, with the filed call records on top

Saves 5 to 30 minutes before a regular call and one to two hours before a proposal presentation; the saving is per use, not per project, and this is daily work

"Summarizing a client conversation inside the room — what's critical, what gaps need closing, what's changed since the previous stage — is more valuable than doing it in an isolated LLM chat, because the room already holds the account."

Delivery methodology name

PROVE (Process, Research, Orchestrate, Verify, Embed). We map how the team actually works on an account, define what the research pack must hold, orchestrate parallel Claude agents to build it, verify every claim through a red team before anything is committed, and embed the room into the account owner's daily work.
